Subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Your compliance with their terms, ihjoz grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and make personal use of this Website and its Services, but not to copy or download (other than where explicitly allowed), or modify it, or any portion of it, including images, text, or other elements. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Site or its contents

ihjoz Website services features are intended for use by persons or groups who have authenticate their identities and lawfully received passwords to the Website from ihjoz. By using the Website in any manner, You represent that You are a Registered User. You further consent and authorize ihjoz to verify your registration data. ihjoz reserves the right to accept or deny any individual or group registration of its services without explanation or cause.

In order to use certain features of the Website, You will be asked to register and provide certain personal information. By providing such information You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about You as prompted by the relevant registration form (the "Account Data"), (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times.

If ihjoz for any reason suspects that you have provided untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information in your Account Data, it will have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all your current and future use of the Services.

By creating an Account, the registration processes on this Site will involve allocating you with a unique username and/or password that gives you access to your Site Account. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection of your username and password and the security of your Account and sub-Accounts creating by You. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the Account and any other actions taken in connection with your Account.

You must (a) immediately notify ihjoz of any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breaches of securityby sending an appropriately worded email to support@ihjoz.com, and (b) ensure that you exit from your Site account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. In case of dispute relating to the ownership of your Account, you agree that ihjoz will be the sole arbiter of such dispute and that its decision shall be final and binding.

ihjoz will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

All the Account Data provided by You are protected by Our Privacy Policy.

ihjoz will not be held responsible for the content provided by, nor actions or non-actions of the Organizers using the Site services. You understand that all event postings are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. We do not claim the accuracy, truth, or quality of the listings on ihjoz. You must comply with all of the terms and conditions of this TOS, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations whenever you use this Site.

You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur while You use this Site, and You agree not to engage in unacceptable use of the Site, which includes, but is not limited to, use of the Site to:

Any violation of this section can result in termination of Your account and/or license to use this Site and any ticket orders and/or Events that You list with Us, as well as other legal action

While We will make efforts to maintain the website, We have no control over Your ability to access the Site at any particular time and We are not responsible for any limitation of services due to technical difficulties beyond Our control, including any interruption of service in providing the website. You understand and agree that the Site may, occasionally, be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, but not limited to: (i) malfunctions of equipment or communications; (ii) We may periodically undertake maintenance, repairs, or administrative reviews; or (iii) causes beyond Our control or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Us.

Ihjoz provides a simple process for accepting Your orders for tickets and other items on the Site. It gives You a wide choice of payment methods.

“Online” payment methods include (i) a credit card gateway, (ii) direct bank payments and (iii) other payment methods to be introduced from time to time. All payment information is transferred via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This functionality is denoted by a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser and ensures secure transmission of the encrypted data.

“Offline” payment methods include (i) Point of Payment, (ii) Point of Sale, (iii) Home Payment, (iv) by check or cash at our offices, and (iv) At The Door of the event.

Each of the payment methods mentioned above has its own additional service charges that are a surcharge to the ticket price as disclosed on the relevant payment page.

The Buyer purchases tickets for the event and pays by one of the supported payment methods. An ihjoz fee is charged on each ticket that is either borne by the Organizer or the Buyer as disclosed in the order form.

Value Added Taxes, if any, are included in the ticket price.

You may be limited to a certain number of tickets when purchasing tickets. This limit on tickets is set by the Organizer, in his sole discretion, and is posted during the purchase process and will be verified during each transaction. The Organizer, in his sole discretion and without prior notification to you, reserves the right to block your access to or cancel your ticket order if it: (i) is associated with any ticket broker or scalper, (ii) utilizes automated means to process or place ticket orders, (iii) exceeds the stated ticket limit, (iv) is purchased for purposes other than to attend the event

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the ticket prices from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted by the Organizer or otherwise communicated to you, or you wereable to order a ticket before its scheduled sale or presale date or you wereable to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then the Organizer (or the order for that ticket) will refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of ihjoz or the Organizer.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your sole responsibility to confirm with the Organizer whether or not your order has been placed. ihjoz will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you believe that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. All ticketing inquiries must be made by e-mail to support@ihjoz.com.

You can retrieve your tickets from (i) the purchase confirmation we sent you by email, (ii) your Account on the Website or (iii) from your ihjoz mobile app. Your tickets can be exported in pdf format or printed for access at the event. These tickets contain a unique bar code that corresponds to Your order and must be brought with You to the event in either printed format or on your mobile phone to gain access to the event. Some events will require Youto proceed to an event counter to exchange your tickets.

Some events might require identification and you will be asked to produce some form of ID to prove your identity, without which you might not be admitted to the event.

At theevent, there will only be one entry per ticket. If there are multiple parties attempting to enter using the same ticket, only the first party that arrived with the ticket will be admitted. Please consult the event description for full details.

Some events listed on the Website may have certain restrictions with regards to dress code, age or any other requirement. It is Your responsibility to determine if a particular event restriction applies to You (and Your party, if applicable) and to fulfill all criteria in order to gain admittance. No refunds will be given if You are declined entry to an event due to a restriction.

When an event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for any reason, we will post the cancellation notice on the event page and send you a notification as soon as we receive the notification from the Organizer.

In case of Cancellation of the event, you will get an automated refund applied to your credit or debit card or in case of payment by other methods, in the same payment method that you have paid for your order. Offline refunds must be claimed within 30 days of notification, otherwise the refund will expire.ihjoz shall not be responsible if you fail to receive Your refund because your Account information on file with ihjoz is no longer valid or up-to-date.ihjoz does not assume responsibility to make refunds to any person other than the person who ordered the tickets as shown by our records, regardless of whether or not the tickets purchased by You have been transferred in accordance with this Agreement.

In case of postponement of the event, you will receive a new ticket reflecting the changes. Your original tickets will also be valid. No refunds are allowed in such a case.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, IF YOU HAVE PAID THE ORGANIZER DIRECTLY FOR YOUR TICKET (AND NOT ihjoz),ihjoz HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR, OR CONTROL OVER, THE ISSUANCE OF ANY REFUND.

Organizers of events reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the Organizer rules, including any requirement that persons not record or transmit any picture or reproduction of the event. You and Your belongings may be searched on entry to an event. Breach of terms or rules will terminate Your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. In such a case the refund methods explained above will apply unless the Organizer choses a different refund method.

You agree that ihjoz, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Site (or any part thereof), immediately and without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if ihjoz believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement. We may also, in Our sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice. Further, you agree that ihjoz shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from termination of your access to the Site.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site, or any third party materials, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download, stream or access of any material obtained through the use of the Site. The information or Site Content provided on the Site written by ihjoz staff is known to be as accurate as possible at the time of writing, and every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this Site is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, certain information may change, and errors may occur, and ihjoz is not responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from changes or errors in information. ihjoz expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title and non-infringement, warranties that the Site and any third party materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, reliable and free from virus and other harmful components, and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You expressly understand and agree that ihjoz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, in contract, general civil liability or any other cause of action, relating to the Site or the third party materials. This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury caused by any error, omission or other failure of performance by ihjoz, their affiliates and business partners; any interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission, including communication line failure; any computer virus; and any theft, destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to or use of, any electronic records.

You represent and warrant that (i) Your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the ihjoz Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party, (iii) You are over eighteen (18) years, (iv) You are not buying tickets specifically for resale and are not a re-seller, wholesaler, or bulk purchaser of tickets, (v) You will not use our Website for any unacceptable uses as partially listed in the paragraph titled “Unacceptable Uses”

Notwithstanding any other term of the TOS or any act or failure to act by “ihjoz” or its agents or subcontractors, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless “ihjoz” and their officers, directors, owners, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims or demands, arising out of (i) your use of or connection to the Site, (ii) your participation in any activities arising from the Site, (iii) your violation of, or failure to perform your obligations under the TOS or, (iv) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Access to and use of the Site as well as this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates in force at the time without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The failure or delay of “ihjoz” to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No oral waiver, amendment or modification shall be effective under any circumstance whatsoever. If any provision of this Agreement is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the arbitrator or court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
