Subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Your compliance with their terms, ihjoz grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and make personal use of this Website and its Services, but not to copy or download (other than where explicitly allowed), or modify it, or any portion of it, including images, text, or other elements. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Site or its contents.

ihjoz Website services features are intended for use by persons or groups who have authenticates their identities and lawfully received passwords to the Website from ihjoz. By using the Website in any manner, You represent that You are a Registered User. You further consent and authorize ihjoz to verify your registration data. ihjoz reserves the right to accept or deny any individual or group registration of its services without explanation or cause.

In order to use certain features of the Website, You will be asked to register and provide certain personal information. By providing such information You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about You as prompted by the relevant registration form (the "Account Data"),(b) maintain and promptly update the Account Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times.

If ihjoz for any reason suspects that you have provided untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information in your Account Data, it will have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all your current and future use of the Services.

By creating an Account, the registration processes on this Site will involve allocating you with a unique username and/or password that gives you access to your Site Account. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection of your username and password and the security of your Account and sub-Accounts creating by You. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the Account and any other actions taken in connection with your Account.

You must (a) immediately notify ihjoz of any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breaches of securityby sending an appropriately worded email to support@ihjoz.com, and (b) ensure that you exit from your Site account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

In case of dispute relating to the ownership of your Account, you agree that ihjoz will be the sole arbiter of such dispute and that its decision shall be final and binding.

ihjoz will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

All the Account Data provided by You are protected by Our Privacy Policy.

Ihjoz will not be held responsible for the content provided by You. We do not claim the accuracy, truth, or quality of Your listings on ihjoz. It is your sole responsibility to post accurate and adequate information about Your events. You must comply with all of the terms and conditions of this TOS, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations whenever you use this Site.

You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur while You use this Site, and You agree not to engage in unacceptable use of the Site, which includes, but is not limited to, use of the Site to:

Any violation of this section can result in termination of Your account and/or license to use this Site and any ticket orders and/or Events that You list with Us, as well as other legal action.

While We will make efforts to maintain the website, We have no control over Your ability to access the Site at any particular time and We are not responsible for any limitation of services due to technical difficulties beyond Our control, including any interruption of service in providing the website.You understand and agree that the Site may, occasionally, be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, but not limited to: (i) malfunctions of equipment or communications; (ii) We may periodically undertake maintenance, repairs, or administrative reviews; or (iii) causes beyond Our control or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Us.

ihjoz may provide you with the right to use a sub-domain within the Website, e.g. [sub-domain prefix].ihjoz.com. All such sub-domains are the sole property of ihjoz. Your right to use such sub-domain may be terminated by ihjoz at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason.

Ihjoz provides a simple process for accepting the Buyer orders for tickets and other items on the Site. It gives Buyers a wide choice of payment methods. “Online” payment methods include (i) a credit card gateway, (ii) direct bank payments and (iii) other payment methods to be introduced from time to time. All payment information is transferred via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This functionality is denoted by a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser and ensures secure transmission of the encrypted data. “Offline” payment methods include (i) Point of Payment, (ii) Point of Sale, (iii) Home Payment, (iv) by check or cash at our offices, and (v) At The Door of the event. Each of the payment methods mentioned above has its own additional service charges that are a surcharge to the ticket price as disclosed on the relevant payment page.

ihjoz will collect all the monies paid by the Buyer for the tickets (“Order Proceeds”) on behalf of the Organizer. An ihjoz fee is charged on each Order based on the face value of the ticket. The Organizer can either(i) elect to absorb the ihjoz feewithin the ticket price and in such case receive the Order Proceeds excluding the related ihjoz fee or (ii) pass on the ihjoz fee to the Buyer and collect the full amount of the Order Proceeds.

The payment of the proceeds to the Organizer will be made within seven (7) to ten (10) business to days after the event end date, for the event to which the Order Proceeds relate to, either by mailing a check or through an electronic funds transfer, depending on the option the Organizer has chosen when registering with the Site, to the address or account, respectively, that the Organizer accurately designates on the Site, provided that ihjoz reserves the right to withhold funds (i) at any time as ihjoz determines to be necessary for the processing and settlement of all refunds, disputed charges, chargebacks, customer complaints, allegations of fraud, and other discrepancies and (ii) as otherwise permitted pursuant to this TOS.

ihjoz, in its sole discretion, may determine to advance a portion of Order Proceeds to Organizer prior to the period set forth above, on such terms and conditions as ihjoz may establish from time to time. Such advances are merely on account of amounts that may become due to Organizer under this TOS and that ihjoz may demand such advances back, from time to time at its sole discretion,and Organizer shall thereupon promptly, within five business days after such demand, pay back to ihjoz such advance or any portion thereof demanded by ihjoz.

Organizer agrees that all Order Proceeds for a given event are earned by Organizer only following conclusion of the applicable event and all Order Proceeds ultimately due will be net of all ihjoz fees, if applicable, refunds, disputed charges, chargebacks and other deductions, whether due to customer complaints, allegations of fraud, discrepancies related to the applicable event or otherwise.

No payments shall be made to an Organizer from ihjoz with respect to any event that is cancelled. If payments have already been made by ihjoz to an Organizer for a cancelled event, such Organizer will immediately refund to ihjoz all such payments upon cancellation of such event. All amounts due to Organizer are payable in U.S. Dollars, or other foreign currencies accepted by ihjoz.

Organizer is responsible for all taxes regarding its ticket sales, be it Value Added Tax or otherwise. The price shown on the ticket should show the total price including all taxes. ihjoz will not be responsible for issuing any invoices on behalf of the Organizer to the Buyer.

The Buyer purchases tickets for the event and pays by one of the supported payment methods.

The Organizer may limit the maximum number of tickets in each order, and this limit is posted during the purchase process and will be verified during each transaction. The Organizer, in his sole discretion has the right to block access to or cancel a ticket order if it: (i) is associated with any ticket broker or scalper, (ii) utilizes automated means to process or place ticket orders, (iii) exceeds the stated ticket limit, (iv) is purchased for purposes other than to attend the event.

ihjoz sends a confirmation e-mail when the order has been paid and attaches the related tickets to attend the event on behalf of the Organizer. You agree to unconditionally accept, honor and fulfill all ticketing commitments that have been confirmed by ihjoz through the Services, and it is your responsibility to verify that the ticket meets all event restrictions, if any, prior to the subject event.

Refunds are made in accordance with Organizer rules and inconformity with the Site refund methods. The Refund process can be done through the ihjoz systems but are strictly made between Organizer and Buyer.

All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Organizer and Buyer, and ihjoz will not be responsible or liable for, and Organizer hereby agrees to fully indemnify ihjoz and its affiliates for, refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds in connection with the use of this ihjoz process.

Subject to the foregoing, refunds issued by an Organizer will be processed immediately after Organizer instructs the issuance of the refunds via the Site and pays ihjoz the related refund payment fees. Buyers will be notified of their entitlement for a refund and will chose the most appropriate method to receive the money provided by ihjoz.

Not with standing the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree that ihjoz shall have the right to force a refund of any or all tickets at any time for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if ihjozreceives complaints from a substantial number (as determined by ihjozin its sole discretion) of Buyers with respect to the applicable event or another event held by Organizer, or ihjoz determines in its sole discretion that Organizer has engaged in any fraudulent activity or made any misrepresentations. Further, if one or more Buyer(s) request a refund, whether due to a cancelled event or for any other reason where ihjoz would reasonably expect to lose a chargeback, ihjoz may, in its sole discretion, issue such refund to such Buyer(s), and Organizer shall then owe the amount of such refund to ihjoz.

Ihjoz reserves to right to set off the amounts due from Organizer regarding one of his events, if unpaid for more than 30 days, against money due to the same Organizer or its affiliates for another event posted on strong>ihjoz.

Ihjoz may, upon request, offer you additional services for fees charged according to the type of service offered. Such fees will be invoiced separately.

You agree that ihjoz, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Site (or any part thereof), immediately and without prior notice, for no or any reason, including, without limitation, if ihjoz believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement. We may also, in Our sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice. Further, you agree that ihjoz shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from termination of your access to the Site.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site, or any third party materials, are provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download, stream or access of any material obtained through the use of the Site. The information or Site Content provided on the Site written by ihjoz staff is known to be as accurate as possible at the time of writing, and every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this Site is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, certain information may change, and errors may occur, and ihjoz is not responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from changes or errors in information. ihjoz expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title and non-infringement, warranties that the Site and any third party materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, reliable and free from virus and other harmful components, and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You expressly understand and agree that ihjoz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, in contract, general civil liability or any other cause of action, relating to the Site or the third party materials. This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury caused by any error, omission or other failure of performance by ihjoz, their affiliates and business partners; any interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission, including communication line failure; any computer virus; and any theft, destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to or use of, any electronic records.

You represent and warrant that (i) Your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the ihjoz Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party, (iii) You are over eighteen (18) years, (iv) You will not use our Website for any unacceptable uses as partially listed in the paragraph titled “Unacceptable Uses”

Notwithstanding any other term of the TOS or any act or failure to act by “ihjoz” or its agents or subcontractors, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless “ihjoz” and their officers, directors, owners, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims or demands, arising out of (i) your use of or connection to the Site, (ii) your violation of, or failure to perform your obligations under the TOS or, (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Access to and use of the Site as well as this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates in force at the time without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The failure or delay of “ihjoz” to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No oral waiver, amendment or modification shall be effective under any circumstance whatsoever. If any provision of this Agreement is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the arbitrator or court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
