The fifth edition of the Rumman Music Festival returns as an invitation to gather, listen, and imagine together, bringing forward a new generation of artists, musicians, and cultural workers whose work carries the region's momentum forward. This edition looks at Tripoli, the South, and the Arab region not as separate or defined by their struggles, but as one living geography connected through music, movement, and care, and asks what could be built that has never existed before.
