A monodrama portraying four generations, exploring their challenges, achievements and failures, and the mystery surrounding their fate.

This monodrama introduces us to Mansour, a man whose greatest wish is heartbreakingly simple: to sit beneath a carob tree, smoke his arguile, and gaze out across the sea of Akka in peace. But for Mansour, peace is a dream interrupted by the relentless tides of history.

On stage, Awad transforms himself into four generations of Palestinians, each one wrestling with displacement, love, shame, and the stubborn hope that refuses to die. Under the direction of Aliya Al Khalidi, the scenes shift like memories: sometimes sharp and painful, sometimes laced with surreal comedy, always pulsing with life.

مونودراما تجسّد أربع أجيال، وتستكشف التحديات التي واجهتها، إنجازاتها وإخفاقاتها، والغموض الذي يحيط بمصيرها.

تأخذنا هذه المونودراما إلى عالم منصور، الرجل الذي يبدو حلمه بسيطًا إلى حدّ مؤلم: أن يجلس تحت شجرة خروب، يدخّن نرجيلته، ويتأمل بحر عكّا بسلام. لكن بالنسبة لمنصور، يبقى السلام حلمًا تعترضه تقلبات التاريخ المتواصلة.

على الخشبة، يجسّد عوض أربع أجيال فلسطينية تتصارع مع التهجير والحب والخسارات والأمل الذي يرفض أن يموت. بإخراج عليّة الخالدي، تتنقّل المشاهد كأنها ذكريات؛ أحيانًا حادّة ومؤلمة، وأحيانًا مشبعة بكوميديا عبثية، لكنها تنبض بالحياة دائمًا.
