To continue his actions in Parliament to build a state that is: sovereign, strong, secular, democratic, effective, decentralized, based on the rule of law, free of corruption, economically flourishing, protecting and promoting freedoms and human rights, environmentally clean, effective in providing all public services and goods to its citizens, especially the poor and the marginalized.
