Here & Elsewhere Film Festival is a grassroots non-profit entirely run by volunteers that champions resistance and cultural preservation through film. We fund independent projects, support alternative distribution, and promote authentic storytelling.
Co-created with Lebanese film director Habib² it sits under the creative label Cultura Groovy.
