Workshop sections:

- Progressing emotionally, physically, and logistically with a woman: Skipping any particular steps and/or not progressing in those 3 areas simultaneously will lead a guy to the friendzone.

- Approaching women and people in general in different types of settings, and starting conversations with them: Nothing great comes from the comfort zone, and the habit of approaching women and generally everyone, and starting chats with them works wonders in improving social skills and boosting self confidence.

- Mindset, beliefs, and frame: The internal work manifests itself in the external, therefore it's crucial to have that handled and under control, otherwise it will backfire and wreck the whole interaction with a woman at any given stage.

- Body language, communication, style, and grooming: If any of those particular areas arent taken care of and maximized to their fullest potential, the result will be a lack of congruence, which will hurt the overall success with women and people in general.
