Using psychology, art therapy, applied behavior analysis, neuro-linguistic programming, education, and mindfulness, we created the Mindful Brain Resources Course.
We will coach you to discover new evidence-based tools to manage stress, reprogram your brain, and empower your emotional intelligence.
Join us on a safe journey of self-exploration to cultivate new mind-habits, improve resilience, learn to manage difficult emotions, open new channels of positive emotions and positive thinking.
1 Course, 6 weeks, 1 hour per week, and daily online coaching.
